Our Story

At Madhukori, we try to make sure our food is a reflection of who we are as people. As immigrants living in this wonderful, multicultural country, we have taken inspiration from many parts of the world and put the ones we can do best on our menu.

Our risotto has to have that nutty, creamy finish. Our parmigiana has to be breaded with panko and fried to golden perfection. Our chili con carne has to have the perfect blend of ancho and guajillo. We don't put anything on the menu until we are confident we can do it perfectly.
